Every order leaves our San José atelier within two business days, hand-wrapped in recycled tissue.

Costa Rica

  • GAM (San José, Heredia, Alajuela, Cartago) — Next-day delivery via Correos Express. $5 USD, complimentary over $150.
  • Provincias & Costa — 2–4 business days. $8 USD, complimentary over $150.
  • Pickup — Free pickup at the Barrio Escalante atelier, by appointment.

International

  • United States & Canada — 3–6 business days via DHL Express. From $18 USD; complimentary over $150.
  • Latin America — 4–8 business days. From $22 USD.
  • Europe, UK — 4–7 business days. From $28 USD.
  • Rest of world — 6–10 business days. From $34 USD.

Duties & taxes are calculated at checkout on a DDP basis where available; otherwise paid on delivery to the carrier.

Tracking

You'll receive an email and SMS with tracking the moment your order leaves the atelier. Signed-in customers can also follow status under My Account → Orders.

Lost or delayed

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, write to hello@ripa.cr or message us on WhatsApp. We will personally chase the carrier and, if needed, send a complimentary replacement.
