Returns & exchanges.

We want every RIPA piece to feel like it was made for you. If it doesn't, we make it easy.

The policy

  • 30 days from delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Free exchanges within Costa Rica, and a single complimentary international exchange per order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Hygiene seals on bralettes and bottoms must be intact.
  • Atelier & Sale pieces marked "final" are not eligible for return.

How to return

  1. Sign in and open the order under My Account → Orders, or write to hello@ripa.cr with your order number.
  2. We'll email a pre-paid return label (Costa Rica) or a return instruction (international).
  3. Drop your parcel at the nearest Correos / DHL point within 14 days.
  4. Refunds settle 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the piece.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Choose Exchange in the returns flow and we'll reserve your replacement immediately so it doesn't sell out.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives flawed or we send the wrong item, please write to us within 7 days with a photograph. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement straight away.
